Bill Board Tracker is an internal-use mobile application for Adivinar Technologies Pvt Ltd. It enables administrators and authorized staff to manage and monitor billboard advertisement placements using map-based tracking and activity logs. The app is not intended for public use.

a. User Information (Admin-Created Only)

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Role (Admin or Staff)
• Password (encrypted using Laravel Passport)

Only administrators can create and manage user accounts.

b. Location Information

The app collects your real-time location with your permission. Location data is used for displaying the position of billboard ads on a map. Location history is logged for audit and tracking purposes.

c. Device and Usage Information

• Device ID
• App version
• OS version
• Timestamped activity logs
• IP address and login metadata

3. How We Use the Information

• Secure authentication via Laravel Passport
• Track and display ad placements on maps
• Audit user activity logs for internal monitoring
• Support app functionality, bug tracking, and security improvements

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security

All user data is stored on our private, secure server infrastructure. Access to stored data is restricted and monitored. Location history is stored with time stamps for internal tracking. We use encryption, access control, and periodic audits to protect your data.

5. Permissions We Require

• Location Access – To display and log ad post locations.
• Internet Access – To sync data with our private server.

Permissions are only active while using the app and not used for any commercial purpose.

6. Data Retention Policy

We retain user and location history logs as long as required for internal auditing and operations. Inactive accounts or old logs may be deleted after review.

7. Your Rights

As an internal user:

• You can request access, update, or deletion of your account by contacting an admin.
• You can request review of your activity logs by reaching out to internal support.
